By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using MediaLen.tv (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MediaLen.tv provides access to live channels and on-demand movies and shows across supported devices, subject to the plan and device tier you subscribe to. Channel availability, content library, and features may change over time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Plans are billed according to the duration and device tier selected at checkout. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — access ends when your billing period expires, and you can renew manually at any time to continue service. 4.1 Price Changes
We may change plan pricing from time to time. Changes will not affect a billing period already paid for, but may apply to subsequent renewals.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials beyond the device limit of your plan.
- Attempt to redistribute, resell, or publicly rebroadcast the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MediaLen.tv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaLen.tv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
